Texas InTown Homes, LLC is a regional general contractor specializing in high density residential, multi-level and luxury housing. Currently we are seeking Project Superintendent for the Austin area.

An InTown Superintendent is a critical member of a project team and the person responsible for the timely completion of InTown's construction projects consistent with InTown's employee manual, safety manual and Quality Assurance Manual. The Job site conditions are a direct reflection of the InTown brand. Our reputation is earned by the manner in which we conduct our operations and how organized, clean, and efficient our job sites are managed. Primary Responsibilities

• The Superintendent is the staff person with primary responsibility for job site safety, production, quality and cleanliness.
• The Superintendent is a liaison to the owner and the owner's consultants.
• The Superintendent is the primary contact for project vendors, inspectors and site logistics issues.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience with multi-level construction and/or high density construction.
• Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills.
• Must be computer literate.
