Job Description

Immediate job opportunity for a Residential Real Estate Sales Associate in Austin, TX. InTown Homes is looking to hire an energetic, experienced, and motivated person to assist with the sales of homes and to develop relationships with the local real estate community. While some Sales Associates work on-site at our various communities, all Sales Associates must be willing to travel within the Austin metro area as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales

  • Sell "market ready" inventory
    • Show homes to prospective customers and give presentations on features and benefits.
    • Respond to prospective customer emails and phone calls in a professional, timely manner.
    • Manage home sales process through closing.
      • Provide regular, concise updates on the home process to customers.
      • Help coordinate internal processes and provide regular updates to internal teams including construction.
    • Meet and exceed minimum sales goals.
  • Help develop and execute the sales strategy for the Austin market.
    • Pricing and home finish recommendations.
    • Construction timing recommendations.
    • Competitor analysis.

Marketing (In Partnership with Marketing Team)

  • Branding
    • Assist with developing and executing brand identities for assigned communities.
  • Traffic
    • List "market ready" product on all MLS channels.
    • Develop and foster relationships with the Austin realtor community.
    • Develop and execute other traffic-driving initiatives such as open houses, signage placement, etc.
    • Coordinate updates to the www.intown-homes.com website

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Active TREC sales agent or broker.
  • 3-5 years new home sales experience; high-end sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High energy, team player, self-motivated, detail oriented, sense of urgency, creative, and ability to resolve customer service issues diplomatically.
